Archisman Panigrahi

Graduate student of Physics at MIT

I will be seeking postdoctoral positions during the Fall 2026 application season.

Explore my publications

I am broadly interested in theoretical condensed matter physics. My work is centered on superconductivity, quantum transport, and topological matter, with a focus on how collective quantum behavior gives rise to unexpected electronic and topological phenomena in condensed matter systems.

  • Tunneling phenomena in unconventional superconductors
  • Tunneling phenomena in intervalley coherent phases and altermagnets
  • Electronic transport in two‑dimensional systems and the effects of Berry curvature in transport
  • Non‑Fermi Liquids emerging due to subsystem symmetry breaking
  • Probes for Quantum Spin Liquids
  • Topological phases of matter and quantum phase transitions
